Where we ship
GovAuctions ships to all 50 U.S. states and to the following Canadian provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
Tracking your packages
You can find tracking information for recent orders on your My Orders page. Please note it may take up to 10 business days after payment for tracking details to appear. Tracking is not provided for gift cards valued under $250.
"Ships By" dates
Some auctions list a "Ships By" date, which means the item is a pre-sale product not yet ready to ship. This date is an estimate of when your order will leave the warehouse, and items typically arrive within 10 business days of the date.
Returns
If you need to return a product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. If your item doesn't match the description for any reason, we'll replace it at zero cost. Simply contact our 24/7 Support Team if you believe there's any issue.
Damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, just let our support team know within 7 days and we'll be happy to replace it for free.
