Sales tax

Orders may be subject to sales tax where required by law. Tax is calculated based on the final auction price, or the Buy It Now price if you choose that option.

Payment issues

If you receive an error message while making a payment, double-check your details, especially your billing zip code, and try again. If the issue continues, try PayPal, which accepts most cards even without a PayPal account. And of course, if you still need help, our support team is here for you.

Refunds

If your payment is refunded, it may take up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
